Brixham College is seeking an experienced SEND Coordinator to lead and coordinate SEND provision, supporting students to overcome barriers and make meaningful progress. This is a pivotal, non-teaching role where you’ll build trusted relationships with students, families and teachers to ensure good quality support is delivered.
The post is offered on either a full time or part time basis, with actual hours discussed at interview.
Be the difference behind their progress!
You know what great SEND support looks like. Now help make it happen for every young person who needs it.
At Brixham College, we’re looking for an experienced, committed and proactive SEND Coordinator who understands that the right support, delivered well, can change a young person’s experience of school. If you’re passionate about helping students overcome barriers, build confidence and realise their potential, this is an opportunity to put your expertise where it matters most.
This is your chance to take your SEND expertise further in a pivotal, non‑teaching role where your work will have a direct impact on young people’s lives. You’ll build trusted relationships with students and families, work alongside teachers to strengthen classroom practice, and coordinate the provision that helps students make meaningful progress. You’ll bring people together, solve problems and ensure that agreed support is delivered effectively.
You don’t need to be a SENDCo to make a significant difference.
We’re looking for someone with substantial SEND experience, excellent organisational skills, sound professional judgement and the confidence to work constructively with colleagues, families and external professionals. Perhaps you’re an experienced SEND practitioner, a higher‑level teaching assistant or someone already coordinating aspects of SEND provision who is ready for a new challenge.
Bring your experience. Strengthen provision. Help every young person thrive.
This role is offered on either a full time or part time basis, actual hours can be discussed at interview.
