The Victory Academy, part of The Thinking Schools Academy Trust, is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to support learners in the absence of a class teacher. You will follow prepared plans, guide students through tasks, and help ensure continued progress in literacy and numeracy.
We value a positive attitude and energy, with a collaborative approach alongside teachers and the SENCO to monitor progress and support each pupil's potential.
Are you someone who loves working with young people and making a difference in their learning journey?
This is an exciting opportunity to step into the classroom and support students, ensuring they stay on track with their learning, even when their regular teacher is away. Whether you’re an experienced cover supervisor or someone looking to gain teaching experience, we want to hear from you!
This is more than just a job - it’s a chance to shape the next generation of learners, build valuable experience, and work in a supportive, vibrant school environment.

Our strong staff-pupil relationships create an environment where students know that we’ve got their back and genuinely care about their well-being - even those who find learning challenging. Here, pupils celebrate and respect each other’s uniqueness, echoing one student’s sentiment:
“You can be who you want to be here.” (Ofsted 2023)
