Job summary

Brixham College in Torbay invites an experienced SEND Coordinator to lead the development and coordination of provision for pupils with special educational needs. You will work closely with teachers, families and external professionals to ensure timely, effective support and meaningful progress for learners.

This non-teaching role focuses on safeguarding, organisational systems, data, and partnership building.

• Substantial SEND experience and understanding of how barriers affect learning.
• Excellent organisational, planning and time-management skills.

You don't need to be a SENDCo to make a significant difference. We're looking for someone with substantial SEND experience, excellent organisational skills, sound professional judgement and the confidence to work constructively with colleagues, families and external professionals. Perhaps you're an experienced SEND practitioner, a higher-level teaching assistant or someone already coordinating aspects of SEND provision who is ready for a new challenge.
