Qualifications

• Experience in secondary school SEND support, ideally with KS3 student transition.
• A good standard of general education, specialised training in SEND, proficiency in ICT.
• The ability to relate well to young people, parent/carers, the LA and develop relationships/teams.
• Ability to lead SEND reviews/complex meetings, follow up and maintain meticulous records.
• A commitment to supporting the school policies and be prepared to take part in relevant training.
