Job summary

HSBC is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager in London to support the GTS Energy & Materials team. You will engage with clients, prepare credit memos and annual reviews, and help lead calls under supervision, coordinating with Middle-Office, Operations and Legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Senior Sales Managers with day-to-day client engagement and reporting.
• Draft credit memos or annual reviews for structured transactions.
• Join client calls and lead calls under supervision when ready.
• Coordinate with Middle-Office, Client Services and Operations for timely responses.
• Interact with relationship bankers, portfolio management, credit, legal and tax functions.
• Review financings documents, including vanilla and structured finance.
• Develop expertise to drive HSBC strategies and growth initiatives.
• Analyze sales performance using CME and Omnia to identify revenue trends.
