Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an Assistant Risk Manager to join our Glasgow office and contribute to high profile infrastructure projects across energy, renewables and utilities.

You will support identification and assessment of threats and opportunities, develop actionable risk responses and help communicate risk status to senior stakeholders. A background in project controls and quantitative risk tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, infrastructure, or management consultancy.
• Understanding of integrated risk management across portfolios and projects.
• Experience with quantitative risk assessment using stochastic methods.
• Familiarity with risk workshops and mitigation development.
• Proactive threat and opportunity development and management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and prioritise threats and opportunities.
• Maintain visibility of risk triggers for budget and schedule impact.
• Develop measurable risk responses and post-mitigation positions.
• Monitor risk exposure against budget and timelines.
• Produce risk reports for senior management with clear actions.
