Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager : Michelin Star Restaurant and Hotel

Salary: Up to £35,000 + Service Charge

Location: Somerset

I am currently recruiting for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join this luxury boutique hotel set with a Michelin star restaurant in Somerset. This is a fantastic opportunity for a natural born leader with a passion for Food and Beverage to join a historic country hotel.

About The Position

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the shifts
• Train and develop the staff palate with your knowledge
• Deliver fantastic service to the guests
• Work closely with all departments to ensure best results are met
• Manage margins and promotions
• Report to the Restaurant Manager
