Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant supervisory or management roles in a luxury/hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership to motivate teams during busy service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operation of Latymer and guest experience.
• Lead and motivate the team during service to maintain high standards.
• Build relationships with guests, handle enquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Assist with recruiting, training, coaching and developing team members.
• Oversee reservations, table management and service preparation to maximise guest satisfaction.
• Maintain exceptional standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation throughout the restaurant.
• Support stock management, ordering and waste control initiatives.
• Ensure effective communication between restaurant, kitchen and hotel teams.
• Uphold food safety, allergen procedures and health and safety standards.
