Homewood is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for our 31-bedroom hotel with spa and dining spaces. The role is full-time (45 hours/week) on a flexible rota across restaurant, terraces, and events, supporting senior management and frontline teams.

You will prioritise guest satisfaction, uphold safety standards, and train staff to deliver a memorable, zestful hospitality experience within a diverse team culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest service orientation.
• Full-time availability and flexible rota.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations across indoor/outdoor spaces.
• Lead and develop a team to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
