Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant management is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Flexible with hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations across indoor and outdoor spaces including the terrace and dining domes.
• Lead and train a diverse team, supporting senior staff and cross-training to boost retention and development.
• Maintain high service standards, guest satisfaction and a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
• Ensure health and safety standards and allergen awareness are upheld at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team and guests to create a smooth service journey.
• Support the Food & Beverage operation and help manage a flexible, reliable rota.
