They are now looking for a talented Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the service team and deliver the seamless hospitality that matches the kitchen’s award-winning standards.

You will have a proven track record in high-end restaurants, with natural authority and a genuine love for hospitality and be a service-led, with a focus on precision, warmth, and making every guest feel valued.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the dining room, ensuring service flows effortlessly from arrival to departure
  • Lead, train, and inspire a passionate front of house team, instilling confidence and attention to detail
  • Be a visible presence on the floor, engaging with guests and creating the personal touches that turn a meal into an experience
  • Work hand-in-hand with the senior management and kitchen, ensuring cohesion across all aspects of service
  • You will work alongside and lead an exceptional team, and have the chance to shape the guest experience in a dining room that is as beautiful as it is prestigious
