Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated assistant restaurant manager to help and assist the Restaurant manager in maintaining the highest standards in order to further develop the Rise restaurant. To complete daily tasks required to sustain and help maintain the service, training and compliance we hold.
Your Key Deliverables would be:

1. Responsible for The Rise under the RM. Take responsibilities for actions affecting the department.
2. Be confident to work in a busy, fast-paced, one rosette restaurant across all services.
3. Making sure you and the team are putting our guests first whenever possible.
4. Aiding with the recruitment of the team by screening applicants, completing interviews & assessing work trials.
5. Be able to lead the team through training and motivation on a constant and consistent basis.
6. Adaptable to operational development and bringing new ideas to the table.
7. To have an awareness of financial foundations such as revenue, spend per head and departmental costs.
8. To maintain a safe, comfortable but efficient work environment for the team.
9. Be caring for the team's mental and physical health.
10. To be comfortable managing the team.
