Moonfleet Manor, part of Luxury Family Hotels, seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and lead a dedicated team. The role is permanent, 45 hours per week including weekends, with a base salary of £32,000 plus a generous service charge and benefits.
You will oversee service standards, train staff, and work with the kitchen to ensure timely orders while maintaining exceptional guest experiences. A proven supervisory background in hospitality is preferred.

Your role will involve supporting the management team in day-to-day operations of the restaurant, encouraging your team members, taking and delivering guests orders, anticipating guests needs and always going the extra mile.

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Restaurant Manager with overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants, ensuring the highest standards of service, and contributing to the overall success of Moonfleet Manor. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a similar role, a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, and the ability to lead a team to success.
This a permanent role, at 45 hours per week (including weekends), with an annual salary of £32,000, plus generous service charge and a brilliant benefit package.
