Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of our vibrant dining area. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high standards of customer service, have strong leadership skills, and be motivated to assist in driving the restaurant's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsibility for daily restaurant operation.
• Ensuring consistently excellent customer service is delivered.
• Managing service standards and ensure restaurant staff and supervisors are fully trained.
• General running of the restaurant in the Restaurant Managers absence.

• Experience in a similar role.
• Great leadership skills and enjoy working as part of a team in a social environment.
• Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as per business needs.
