Scotsman Group is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations of our vibrant dining area. You will lead and inspire the team to deliver high service standards and contribute to the restaurant's success.

The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role with strong leadership and teamwork, and is available to work evenings and weekends as required by business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for daily restaurant operation.


• Ensuring consistently excellent customer service is delivered.


• Managing service standards and ensure restaurant staff and supervisors are fully trained.


• General running of the restaurant in the Restaurant Managers absence.
