Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will support the Restaurant Manager, help maintain high standards of service, and ensure guests receive exceptional hospitality throughout shifts.

The ideal candidate has at least a year’s experience in a similar role, a passion for hospitality, reliability, and a willingness to learn as part of a growing team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Passion for hospitality, reliability, and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to deliver high standards of guest service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations and staff performance.
• Ensure consistent delivery of product and hospitality service standards.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving department targets and company standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Requirements

The ideal person will have at least a year's experience in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.

Duties Will Include

• Ensure the management of the departments are meeting set criteria.
• Ensure all employees consistently achieve product and hospitality service standards.
• Support the Restaurant Manager whilst they take control and accountability for the Food and Beverage Operations.
• Ensuring departments are meeting Company standards.
