Welcome Break is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume KFC Keele unit. You’ll manage the management team day to day, ensuring a warm, welcoming experience for customers on the move, and you’ll uphold brand standards and food safety.

This hands-on role focuses on delivering great food and service, driving performance and commercial results, developing future leaders, and growing your leadership career with our support.

Qualifications

• Management experience in restaurants or catering in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coaching and developing managers and supervisors.
• Ability to deliver great food, service and high standards.
• Confidence in managing performance, compliance and commercial results.

Ready to lead a fast-paced KFC Keele and create great experiences for both customers and teams?

As a RestaurantManager at Welcome Break, you’ll take ownership of a high‑volume KFC unit, leading your management team day to day and creating a warm, welcoming experience for customers on the move.

You’ll be responsible for running the units’ operations, overseeing everything from brand and food standards, food safety to service, people and performance. You’ll make sure the brand delivers to its promise, operates to the highest standards, and consistently meets customer expectations.

You’ll work closely with site leadership, develop and support Assistant Managers and Supervisors, and drive strong performance within your restaurant. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll build great teams, manage standards and results, and continue to grow your leadership career with our support.
