Job summary

Welcome Break at Michaelwood, Dursley (KFC) is hiring a Supervisor to help run a busy site. Immediate start and flexible hours with a £13.69 per hour cap plus a £10 meal allowance per shift.

You’ll lead by example on shift, develop your leadership skills, and work with supportive managers to deliver great customer experiences while progressing toward Store Management.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or catering and ready to step up (or already in a Team Leader/Supervisor role)
• Motivating others and leading by example on shift
• Pride in great customer service and maintaining high standards
• Ambitious and keen to progress in management
