Role Overview:

An Assistant Restaurant Manager oversees all Food and Beverage operations, including Restaurants, Bars, Café, Room Service, Conference and Banqueting, and Kitchens, ensuring high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage food and beverage service to meet high standards as per hotel and Hilton brand standards
  • Control customer flow and facilitate effective interaction between front and back-of-house during service
  • Maximize all sales opportunities for team members
  • Maintain brand standards and high customer service levels
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally
  • Manage transactions accurately during service
  • Oversee team schedules, stock, and wastage levels

  • Experience in organizing food and beverage service across various outlets
