Assistant Restaurant Manager - The Cross

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 plus Tronc

Role Description

This is a contract role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at The Cross at Kenilworth. The role will involve overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff hiring and training, maintaining food and beverage standards, and handling communication with customers and team members. This is an on-site role located in Kenilworth.

Ideally, you will come from a Michelin/Rosette background. Wine knowledge will be a great advantage; however, any required training in that area can be provided.
