We are looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to join a Michelin-starred team in the heart of Birmingham.

You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences, lead a dedicated front-of-house team, and bring your knowledge and love of food and drink to the table every day.

What we’re looking for:

• A genuine passion for hospitality, food, and drink
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• WSET Level 2 (or working towards it)
• A calm, confident presence on the restaurant floor
• Experience in high-end or fine dining environments preferred
