Role Overview: As our Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the business forward. You'll lead a small team, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing all areas of food and beverage operations, managing rotas, ordering supplies, and maintaining impeccable standards of presentation. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to the overall success of our establishment and be part of our senior food and beverage team.

Requirements:

Compensation: £33,600 per year (inclusive of service charge), based on 45 hours per week.
