Taco Bell - Leeds St Johns in Leeds is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, coach shift managers and team members, and uphold the Live Mas culture.

You will partner with the RGM to deliver memorable guest experiences, maintain food quality and safety, and drive sales growth through strong team performance.

This full-time, permanent role offers a 45-hour week, a competitive £32,500 salary, and clear progression toward Restaurant General Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching and developing team members.
• Proven leadership in supervisory roles in retail, hospitality, or service.
• Live Mas attitude with energy and passion for the brand.
