Taco Bell - Leeds Cardigan Fields is hiring an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to lead a busy team in Leeds. This full-time, 45-hour-per-week role offers a competitive salary and opportunities to develop through comprehensive training and progression to Restaurant General Manager.

You will coach Shift Managers and Team Members, drive memorable guest experiences, and ensure smooth daily operations, quality, safety and compliance while pushing for sales growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience as Supervisor/Team Leader/Assistant Manager in busy retail, hospitality, or customer service
• Strong business mindset with focus on profitability and guest experience
• Willingness to grow and progress into higher management roles

Responsibilities

• Build people capability by coaching Shift Managers and Team Members
• Drive memorable experiences by partnering with RGM to reflect QXR commitment in every guest interaction
• Own operational excellence by supporting daily operations, food quality, safety, and compliance
• Grow the business through sales growth and strong team performance
• Lead by example, embodying Live Mas values on every shift
