Job summary

Taco Bell - Leeds Cardigan Fields is hiring an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to lead and develop the team in a fast-paced environment. You will coach Shift Managers and Team Members, uphold quality and safety standards, and drive guest experiences that reflect the Live Mas brand.

The role requires a 45-hour week, a full-time permanent contract, and a competitive salary of £32,500 per year with incentives. You will report to the RGM and have a clear path to Restaurant General Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in busy retail, hospitality, or customer service environments.
• Coaching and developing team members with a focus on culture and performance.
• Strong understanding of P&L, sales metrics, and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Build people capability by coaching Shift Managers and Team Members to embody Mas Heart, Mas Value, Mas Flavour.
• Drive memorable experiences with the RGM and ensure customer interactions reflect QXR commitment.
• Own operational excellence by supporting daily operations, food quality, safety and compliance.
• Grow the business by driving sales and profit through strong team performance and focus.
• Lead by example and live the Live Mas values on every shift.
