Job summary

Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on leader to support day-to-day operations, drive performance and create an inviting guest experience. You’ll own the operations and atmosphere, ensuring every shift delivers the expected guest experience and keeps the team energized.

You’ll train and coach the crew, manage rosters and stock, and help build a motivated, high-performing team that makes guests feel welcome and valued every time they visit.

• Strong communication and people skills to manage conflicts.
