Job summary

Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) is seeking a hands-on leader to take charge of the day-to-day operations, drive performance, and ensure an exceptional guest experience at our UK restaurant. You will own the operations, atmosphere and guest satisfaction, ensuring the venue runs smoothly and feels like home for both guests and the team.

You will train and motivate the crew, manage KPIs, and oversee rostering and stock to keep everything on track.

Qualifications

You've helped manage teams before and know how to bring out the best in others.
You support building strong teams, handle tough convos, and make sure everyone feels valued.
You keep things running - efficient, clean, compliant - even when things get hectic.
