Job summary

Taco Bell East Midlands is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help run the store alongside the Restaurant Manager. You will coach Shift Leaders and team members, drive operational standards and deliver strong customer service in a fast-paced QSR environment.

This role offers a supportive path for progression, including an Apprenticeship with the potential to degree level, and the chance to enjoy flexible scheduling and free tacos as part of a fun, family-friendly team.

Qualifications

• Management experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to coach and develop Shift Leaders and team members.
• Interest in progression and learning in a fast-paced QSR environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of running the store.
• Guide and coach the Shift Leaders and Team members, feeding back to the RGM.
• Drive operational standards, nurture your people and deliver sales growth opportunities.
