Taco Bell Doncaster Herten Triangle is seeking an energetic Assistant Restaurant General Manager to lead shifts, coach Shift Managers and Team Members, and uphold the Mas Heart, Mas Value, and Mas Flavour.

This 45-hour per week, full-time role offers a competitive £32,500 salary, 28 days holiday, comprehensive training, staff discount and a clear progression path to Restaurant General Manager as you grow with the brand.

Qualifications

• Lead with energy and brand passion.
• Coaching and developing team members.
• Experience as supervisor or manager in busy retail/hospitality.
• Understanding of P&L, sales, and standards.
• Willingness to progress into the RGM role.

Responsibilities

• Drive memorable experiences - Partner with the RGM to ensure every customer interaction reflects our QXR commitment.
