Job summary

Taco Bell East Midlands in Nottingham is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a team in delivering the Live Mas experience across every shift.

You’ll coach and develop shift managers and team members, uphold quality, safety, and standards, and drive sales through exceptional guest interactions and strong operational execution. Join a bold, fun brand with clear progression to Restaurant General Manager.

Qualifications

• Live Mas attitude drives daily service and guest experience.
• Experience coaching and developing team members; build relationships.
• Proven leadership in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Understanding of P&L, sales performance and operational standards.
• Willingness to learn and progress to RGM role.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Shift Managers and Team Members to embody Mas Heart, Mas Value and Mas Flavour.
• Partner with the RGM to ensure every customer interaction reflects QXR commitment.
• Support daily operations, food quality, safety and compliance.
• Drive sales growth and profit through strong team performance.
• Lead by example; demonstrate Live Mas values every shift.
