Job summary

Taco Bell - Nottingham Victoria is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to lead a busy team in Nottingham. The role focuses on coaching, operational excellence, and creating memorable guest experiences within a 45-hour per week, full-time framework.

You will partner with the RGM to drive sales, ensure food quality and safety, and develop staff through structured training into a Restaurant General Manager path.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching and developing team members in busy settings.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Ambition for progression into the RGM role.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Shift Managers and Team Members.
• Partner with the RGM to ensure memorable customer experiences reflecting our QXR commitments.
• Oversee daily operations, food quality, safety and compliance.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through strong team performance.
• Lead by example and embody brand values on every shift.
