Nando's is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the Gillingham restaurant to partner with the General Manager in driving business performance and guest satisfaction. You’ll lead an energetic team, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure financial and safety standards are met while fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

Working closely with the Management team, you’ll implement training plans, optimise scheduling and costs, and develop staff to deliver the famous PERi-PERi experience.

Formación

• Leadership experience leading restaurant teams
• Experience running shifts with strong operational and commercial performance
• Ability to balance budgets, forecast, and manage labour
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Data-driven with commercial insight to drive sales and profitability

Responsabilidades

• Lead the restaurant management team alongside the General Manager
• Drive a high-performing team across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery
• Ensure great customer experiences and consistent service standards
• Monitor GP, budgeting and forecasting to protect the bottom line
