Nando's in Basildon is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead shifts, work with the Patrão to drive the restaurant's performance and ensure top service.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front as a key part of the restaurant management team, partnering with your Patrão to lead Nandocas, deliver great results, and create an outstanding customer experience.
• Use data, performance trends and commercial insight to drive sales, grow profitability and keep restaurant performance strong.
• Balance budgets, forecasting and labour to ensure smooth operations and optimum guest satisfaction.
• Actively develop your team, recognise potential and help grow the next generation of leaders.
• Deliver an exceptional customer journey across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery with every visit.
