Based in Wakefield with office and site-based work, the role offers mentoring, training and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 1 year post-graduate experience or around 3 years in QS/commercial environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Good commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and prepare detailed quotations.
• Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and develop quotations.
• Manage commercial reporting including CVRs.
• Assist with project management activities after award.
• Monitor project performance to ensure on-time delivery and within budget.
• Coordinate invoicing and purchase orders.
• Develop relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
