Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Prime Residential

West London

The Company

• My client is a high end residential contractor with modern offices in a great Central London location.

• They specialise in high end residential refurbishments in London's prime postcodes and super prime residential projects in London's premier streets and the Home Counties. They have forged an excellent reputation and brand.
• Typical contract values for their London projects range up to £25m.

The Position

• Seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor for their London division.
• You will be assisting a Senior Quantity Surveyor across the structural elements (groundworks, structural alterations, landscaping) of various Super Prime Residential projects in London.
• Project values range from £2m to £15m.
• You will be mentored by a proven Senior Quantity Surveyor with many years of Prime Residential project experience.
• Great opportunity to work in a very well respected commercial team and develop your career accordingly.

They are willing to hire candidates on a permanent salaried basis or on a freelance/self employed basis, but this is a long term career opportunity for which they are seeking candidates who want to learn and progress within the commercial team.

You will need to have at least a year of quantity surveying experience ideally within Prime Residential or London based structural works.
