About the Role:
We’re currently seeking a Temporary Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Tier 1 residential developer on a live housing project in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build hands-on experience with one of the UK’s most respected names in residential construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with measurement, valuations, and subcontractor account management

Supporting the preparation of cost reports, procurement schedules, and budgets

*

Helping to monitor costs and assist with monthly CVRs

*

Ensuring compliance with internal commercial procedures

*

Collaborating with site teams, commercial leads, and subcontractors

Requirements:

HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

*

6–12 months industry experience (placement year or post-grad considered)

*

️ Strong communication & organisation skills

*

Immediate or short-notice availability

Duration:
3–6 months with potential to extend
