Job summary

KBR is recruiting an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support pre‑contract commercial activities for the Sellafield portfolio. You will develop procurement strategies, prepare contract documentation, and lead tendering processes.

You will manage live contracts, maintain records in CEMAR and ATAMIS, and undertake cost audits against the Schedule of Cost Components. The role requires NEC contract experience and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience with NEC contract management and commercial processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Ability to work independently and make sound commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-contract commercial support including procurement strategies and tender documentation.
• Manage live contracts, maintain records in CEMAR/ATAMIS, and conduct cost audits against the Schedule of Cost Components.
• Support remediation commercial team with cost audits and final accounting of contracts.
