Responsibilities

• Provide pre-contract commercial support and develop procurement/commercial strategies with demanders.
• Prepare contract documentation and lead tendering processes.
• Manage and progress tenders within the procurement pipeline.
• Undertake live contract management duties and maintain records in CEMAR, ATAMIS, and the Procurement Plan.
• Perform actual cost audits on the new framework to ensure defined costs reflect the Schedule of Cost Components.
• Complete final accounting of multiple contracts and support wider commercial team.
