Job summary

KBR is seeking a Principal Quantity Surveyor in Warrington, United Kingdom, to lead and develop the commercial team within Sellafield Ltd’s PCCS framework. The role focuses on contract compliance, cost control, and successful delivery of commercial targets across large complex procurements.

Qualifications

• Experience in the nuclear or other regulated industries preferred.
• Strong NEC Contract experience.
• Ability to deliver internal and external commercial targets.
• Broad knowledge of category management and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and support the Commercial Manager.
• Manage the commercial project team and ensure performance to required standards.
• Ensure contract compliance and provide advice to the Commercial Manager.
• Procure and manage multiple framework contracts and bespoke procurements.
• Provide procurement and pre-contract advice to the SL buying team.
