Qualifications

• Knowledge of NEC contracts.
• A degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience in power or major infrastructure projects.
• Willingness to be involved in other activities to achieve company objectives.
• A drive to learn and grow to the next grade.

Responsibilities

• Support the commercial management of allocated work packages and project areas.
• Assist with subcontract enquiries, quotation evaluations and procurement.
• Support subcontractor payments, applications for payment, valuations and final accounts.
• Assist with measurement, valuation and agreement of works, maintaining accurate commercial records.
• Support cost reporting, forecasting, cash flow and monitoring of project costs and expenditure.
• Assist with change control, claims and contractual matters.
• Attend commercial, financial and progress meetings with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Identify and report commercial risks and opportunities while developing your commercial knowledge and experience.
