Job summary

Damicor Ltd is seeking an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a premier Construction Consultancy (PQS) renowned for hotel, leisure and commercial fit-outs in London.

You will work on a CAT B fit-out valued at £12.5M for an international technology firm, with exposure to pre- and post-contract duties and APC progression. The role offers 4 days in the office at Liverpool Street and one day at home, with strong mentoring.

Qualifications

• Completed a BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying degree.
• 12 months construction knowledge.
• Understanding of pre & post contract duties.
• Some awareness in Commercial/Hotel sectors.
• You will manage client requirements from inception to completion with early exposure to APC competencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the client from inception through to completion.
• Undertake pre- and post-contract duties.
• Assist on CAT B fit-out projects and related works.
• Collaborate with high-end clients across industries.
