Job summary

Foster & May in Birmingham is seeking a determined Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a supportive team across hospitality, industrial and commercial sectors.

You will assist the QS team with budget reporting, estimates and final accounts while helping to fulfil EA duties. The role is APC-focused and requires a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS-associated degree. This position offers hybrid work and APC support, with clear progression to Intermediate and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Completed a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS associated degree.
• APC focused.
• PQS consultancy experience.
• Car and driver's license.
• Pre and post contract knowledge.
• 12 months+ experience.
