Job summary

Foster & May is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for their Birmingham office. You will join a close-knit team of QSs on diverse commercial and residential projects, supporting pre and post contract duties and helping to deliver value across stages of projects.

The role offers training and progression within a supportive environment. You should have a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS associated degree, PQS consultancy experience, and at least two years in PQS.

Qualifications

• Completed a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS associated degree.
• PQS consultancy experience.
• Pre and post contract knowledge.
• 2+ years PQS experience.
• Car and driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support the QS team on pre and post contract duties.
• Contribute to cost planning, cost control and procurement.
• Work across commercial and residential projects as part of a supportive team.
