Croudace Homes Limited is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of residential developments. You will work with the Senior Surveyor and project team from procurement through to final account, helping ensure value for money and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1-2 years relevant work experience preferred, but recent graduate could perform the role.
• Excellent numerical skills and an understanding of financial management.
• Able to use Microsoft packages and familiarity using MS Excel and spreadsheets.
• Analytical mind and methodical approach.
• Good construction knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress, manage costs and support the financial running of each development.
• Assist with preparation of commercial reports, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Support achievement of project profit and cashflow objectives.
• Procurement, payments and day-to-day running of a project to ensure value for money.
