The ideal candidate will have 2 years of construction QS experience, a relevant degree or working toward one, and a proactive, confident approach. The position offers development opportunities within a financially strong business.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in construction quantity surveying with a developer or main contractor.
• Degree or working towards a Quantity Surveyor degree.
• Proactive, ambitious and confident.

Responsibilities

• Assisting site team with procurement and information collection.
• Managing and coordinating subcontractor agreements.
• Assisting with CVRS.
• Participating in site meetings.
