Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial management of projects.
• Prepare and review valuations.
• Procure and manage subcontractors.
• Cost reporting and forecasting.
• Measure and price works.
• Handle variations and change control.
• Monitor project costs and expenditure.
• Prepare and agree final accounts.
• Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
