Job summary

Foster & May Limited is recruiting an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the Directors and QS team on diverse projects across landscaping, commercial, mixed use, private residential and education sectors. You will assist with cost reports, valuations and risk management while developing under a strong mentorship.

Qualifications

Completed a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS associated degree.
APC focused.
PQS consultancy experience.
Car and driver's license.
At least 2 years' experience working for a Main Contractor.

Responsibilities

Produce cost reports and valuations for multiple projects.
Help to manage contractual risks across projects.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work alongside the Directors and a QS team on multiple projects across a variety of sectors including landscaping, commercial, mixed use, private residential, and education.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will carry out a variety of tasks to help their team such as producing cost reports, valuations and helping to manage contractual risks.
