A Regional Civil Contractor is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on various Civil Projects across Norwich. The right candidate will have Civil/Highways experience and Civil Contractor experience as well.

The company is extremely busy with a huge workload and is therefore looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support their commercial team. This is a great opportunity to join an outstanding company with a great reputation, learn from experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors, and work on a range of civil schemes.

• Measurement
• Procurement
• Valuations
• Applications
• Certifications
• Cost reporting
• Variations submission / review / agreement

Must be able to demonstrate:

• Agreement of variation accounts with Clients
• Subcontractor final accounts
• Agreement of variation accounts with sub-contractors
