We're looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a respected contractor working across multiple projects around Greater Manchester. Your input will be key in supporting commercial delivery and adding real value to a dynamic team.

This is your chance to build on your foundations in quantity surveying while getting hands-on experience across varied sites. You ll work closely with a Senior QS and Commercial Manager, contributing to the smooth running of projects from procurement through to final account.

Responsibilities

You ll support the commercial team across multiple construction projects. Key duties include assisting with subcontractor procurement, valuations, cost tracking, and reporting. You'll also be visiting sites regularly to liaise with project teams, so a proactive, organised approach is vital.
