Hopkins Homes has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor in our Bury St Edmunds office.

Duties include:

• Assist in preparing cost-to-complete documentation in line with the commercial timetable
• Handle internal or subcontractor queries or requests
• Assist in preparing reports, monthly accruals, cost analysis, contractor valuation assessments, and cost forecasting
• Update and maintain records and databases accurately
• Enter data into the in-house computer systems
• Arrange for documentation to be scanned and uploaded onto the system
• Archive completed documentation
• Maintain physical and electronic filing systems
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as required

• Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying
• Self-motivated with the ability to work cooperatively in a team
